I'm Gary McGowan. I've been licensed in Ontario since 2012, I've coached thousands of Realtors across Canada, and these days a lot of my work is helping families through one of the hardest sales there is: selling Mom and Dad's home.

I'd known this family since high school, over thirty years. They always said that when their parents were ready to sell, they'd call me. And they did.
Their mom had passed away the year before. Now their dad and all four adult kids were part of the decision. Five decision-makers, one very emotional sale.
I walked their dad through every step. When the offers came in, I brought a printer to the house so he could hold the agreement and read it on paper, the way he was comfortable. We worked through multiple offers, got one accepted, and closed without a hitch.

I'm a REALTOR® registered with RECO in Ontario, serving York Region and the GTA: Stouffville, Newmarket, Aurora, Richmond Hill and the towns around them.
I live in West Kelowna, BC, and I work with a broker-owner partner and a local team in Southern Ontario. Depending on what you need, I run your sale or purchase with that local support, or my partner takes the lead with me staying on as your guide. Your choice, same care either way.
I've trained agents all over the country. If you're buying or selling outside my area, I'll introduce you to someone I'd trust with my own family, and stay in touch to make sure it goes well. Anything in BC goes to a licensed BC agent.
